Coach Training Program
ICF-accredited coach education (Level 1 & Level 2)
Choosing the AAI journey is a commitment to developing coaching mastery —
not as a technique, but as a way of thinking, connecting, and partnering with people.
The program supports professionals who want to coach with clarity, range, and ethical maturity — whether coaching is a core profession or a critical capability within leadership and organizational roles.
At Aligned Action International (AAI), we are committed to developing coaches who meet and work confidently within the professional and ethical standards of the ICF (International Coaching Federation).

Our learning approach supports coaching mastery as a way of thinking and practicing — not as a set of techniques.
​
The program is structured around two integrated 65-hour training courses (130 hours in total):

AAI, Part 1 — Coaching Essentials
-
AAI, Part 2 — Advanced Coaching
For those pursuing individual ICF credentials, mentor coaching is available in line with the ICF requirements. Participants may choose 10 hours of:

individual or group mentor coaching,
-
delivered by MCC and PCC ICF-credentialed coaches.

The learning journey is designed with flexibility, allowing participants to select relevant program components and progress at a pace that supports integration and maturity.

The AAI Alumni Club connects a carefully developed community of leaders, entrepreneurs, managers, educators, and practitioners who share a common coaching foundation and professional language and continue to grow through ongoing learning, mentoring, and exchange.
​
Completion of AAI Level 1 and Level 2 equips participants to work with individuals and teams at a deeper level of complexity — strengthening performance, supporting meaningful change, and sustaining presence and effectiveness beyond technique or scripted interventions.

Founder and Partners
The AAI program is grounded in the work of Jan Elfline (MCC), one of the pioneering Master Certified Coaches.
Jan’s long-standing practice as a coach, author, and educator within leading international coaching institutions in USA, UK, Denmark and China shaped the foundations of the program.
​
Building on this work, Jan expanded the partnership to include Juan Francisco Ramírez Martínez (MCC) and Veselka Tsocheva-Donkova (MCC). Together, they lead a growing international team of MCC and PCC trainers and mentors, ensuring depth, rigor, and consistency across all program deliveries.
Today, the AAI program is delivered across two continents, supporting coaches and leaders in diverse professional and cultural contexts.
