You will engage in a thorough self-assessment using the Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing (Wraw) tool, founded on a scientifically validated, evidence-based framework known as The 5 Pillars of Resilience.
1-on-1 intake coaching session
Every profound transformation begins with a clear sense of direction and a sincere commitment. That's why you'll be encouraged to introspect on your Wraw analysis and outline your aspirations and requirements for this leadership transformation experience.
6 group sessions
You will actively participate in 6 dynamic group sessions that centre around cultivating and maintaining your energy levels, fostering a strong sense of purpose and agency, nurturing ambition and positive self-belief, embracing curiosity, enhancing learning agility, and refining social adaptability. As part of this transformative journey, you will engage in another self-assessment focused on your values and strengths.
In parallel with enhancing your leadership resilience, you will also cultivate proficiency in utilizing tools that can be seamlessly integrated into your leadership toolkit for effective collaboration with your teams.
1-on-1 coaching to deepen exploration and accelerate activation
Simultaneously, as you engage within a collaborative community of eight senior leaders, you will also benefit from three dedicated one-on-one coaching sessions. These personalized sessions will offer you a nurturing environment to delve deeper into your exploration process and accelerate your progress towards your goals.
