Aligned Action International
Coach Education Program
ICF-accredited Level 1 and Level 2 coach education
Choosing the AAI journey is a commitment to developing coaching mastery —
not as a technique, but as a way of thinking, connecting, and partnering with people.
The program supports professionals who want to coach with clarity, range, and ethical maturity, whether coaching is a core profession or an essential capability within leadership and organizational roles.

At Aligned Action International (AAI), we are committed to developing coaches who can work confidently within the professional and ethical standards of the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
Our learning approach supports coaching mastery as a way of thinking and practicing - not as a collection of techniques or scripted interventions.
Two connected development pathways
AAI offers two integrated pathways:
-
Level 1 - 75 hours, combining 65 hours of coach-specific education
(Part 1) with 10 hours of mentor coaching. -
Level 2 - 145 hours, combining 135 hours of coach-specific education (Part 1 and Part 2) with 10 hours of mentor coaching.
Level 1 supports foundational development in relation to ACC-level requirements. Level 2 supports advanced development in relation to PCC-level requirements.
The AAI journey combines teaching with practice, observed coaching, reflection and developmental feedback. Both pathways include 10 hours of mentor coaching over at least three months, available in either a group-based or individual format.
Participants progress at a pace that supports practice and integration. Through formative evaluation, learners apply feedback across multiple coaching experiences and demonstrate development over time.
Successful completion is required for the relevant AAI Level 1 or Level 2 diploma.
Graduates also join the AAI Alumni Club - a professional community connected through continued learning, mentoring and exchange.

Founder and Partners
The AAI program is grounded in the work of Jan Elfline (MCC), one of the pioneering Master Certified Coaches.
Jan’s long-standing practice as a coach, author, and educator within leading international coaching institutions in USA, UK, Denmark and China shaped the foundations of the program.
Building on this work, Jan expanded the partnership to include Juan Francisco Ramírez Martínez (MCC) and Veselka Tsocheva-Donkova (MCC).
Together, they lead a growing international team of MCC and PCC trainers and mentors (MCS), supporting depth, rigor, and consistency across all program deliveries.
Today, the AAI program is delivered across two continents, supporting coaches and leaders in diverse professional and cultural contexts.
