AAI Coach Certification, Part 1 (essentials)

WELCOME TO THE ALIGNED ACTION INTERNATIONAL COACH CERTIFICATION PROGRAM, PART 1 (COACHING ESSENTIALS) In the course of 4 to 6 months you will be mastering ✔︎ The art of coaching - curiosity and presence and ✔︎ The craft of coaching - the core coaching competencies as defined by the ICF. This course ✔︎ Entails blended - synchronous and asynchronous learning ✔︎ You will be invited to attend 15 group sessions (from 4:00pm to 9:00pm, EET) ✔︎ All group sessions will take place in virtual environment ✔︎ Prior to each session you will be asked to complete various assignments ✔︎ In-between the sessions you will practice coaching in dyads and/or triads. During this course you will model a coaching relationship, while experiencing the process as a coach, as well as a client.
