WELCOME TO THE ALIGNED ACTION INTERNATIONAL COACH CERTIFICATION PROGRAM, PART 2 (ADVANCED COACHING) In the course of 4 to 6 months you will ✔︎ Develop ease in partnering with others from a prace of curiosity ✔︎ Strengthen your coaching competencies and ✔︎ Advance your practice as a professional coach. This course ✔︎ Entails blended - synchronous and asynchronous learning ✔︎ You will be invited to attend 14 group sessions (from 4:00pm to 9:00pm, EET) ✔︎ All group sessions will take place in virtual environment ✔︎ Prior to each session you will be asked to complete various assignments ✔︎ In-betweens the sessions you will practice coaching in dyads and/or triads. During this course you will model a coaching relationship, while experiencing the process as a coach, as well as a client.
